We will be in contact with you the week before the course starts and will let you know if you need to bring any containers to take home some of the dishes you have prepared.

I enjoyed the school immensely and learnt a lot from it. There is very little I would change. The school size at 6 creates a very good atmosphere and the given tasks were at the right level for me to learn as well as enjoy. Thanks for the day.

I had a wonderful time with you on Sunday and would certainly recommend your course to my friends. I really enjoyed the company of the other people and the easy nature of the day that you lead in a very successful manner. The baking that I returned home with was much admired and eaten by my family and friends. Once again thanks for a wonderful time

I thought the whole experience was very well organised and planned out, from booking, contact prior to the day, the excellent directions through to the efficient running of the day itself and the recipe pack provided.. How else could you teach and complete the baking of 5 separate items in six hors! The day itself was great fun and although we covered quite a lot, it never felt rushed or that we were under pressure. There is a lovely atmosphere in the small group and although you are spending the day with complete strangers, it feels like a fun day out with friends. The recipes are well chosen and will be repeated this weekend!

The course was fantastic! It has really invigorated me to bake more and use the skills I learnt with you - so far I have made a Victoria sponge and the Orange and almond cake! All the cakes I took home were met with great enthusiasm and were delicious. I cannot recommend you highly enough and I hope to be able to come on another course with you in the future.

I had a fantastic day on Saturday. The whole day was most enjoyable, informative and very productive. The location is awesome. The kitchen is perfect size, the teacher Sarah, is brilliant, makes everyone feel relaxed, is funny, very helpful and will go out of the way to send emails of recipes etc. The timing of everything is so well planned out. There is nothing negative at all about Lets Cook Scotland. The girls you have in to help with dishes are so nice and work hard very hard....praise to them. Keep doing what you are doing....its perfect.

I just spent a thoroughly enjoyable day baking at Let's Cook Scotland. From the moment you meet Sarah you know you're going to have fun. She creates such a relaxed friendly atmosphere. I had baked at home before but not always successfully! Everything we made that day turned out very well and I feel confident that I'll be able to now replicate it all at home. Sarah has such great knowledge of all aspects of baking and all her hints and tips will prove invaluable I'm sure. Such a good day and such a fab bag of goodies to take home!

- N.Bryce, How to Bake, July 2016

I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my day. There was just the right amount of people on the course and there was plenty of space for us all. The variety and number of bakes we managed to make in the time was unbelievable and, of course, Sarah, you are brilliant as a tutor. Open, friendly, helpful and great fun. Lunch and flap jacks were delicious. The setting is beautiful. It was a bonus seeing the deer bound across the field in the afternoon. Couldn't fault the course in any way. Hoping to get a voucher for my Christmas! Hope to see you again next year.

I attended the one day baking course last Sunday. What a great experience. The day was well thought out and went to plan. Great to take the recipes home and all my friends loved the cakes. With the lovely Sarah at the helm who made it fun but also informative what could go wrong. I will definitely be back
