The Two Week Intensive Course

We are delighted to announce the introduction of a brand new Two week Intensive Course. This has been designed as a fast track course for those wishing to gain employment into ski chalets, fishing and shooting lodges. We will help you develop all the skills and know how needed do become a confident and competent cook and after the two weeks, you will leave with practised menu plans and a folder of 300 tried and tested recipes.
