Launch of a Perthshire Breakfast 2010

Last week I went up to the gorgeous Rose Cottage Bed and Breakfast in Aberfeldy to help launch a new initiative to encourage businesses to offer a Perthshire Breakfast.  They are primarily aimed at guest house and B&B owners but are open to all accommodation and hospitality businesses serving breakfast within Perth and Kinross.

The aim of the workshops is to highlight all the fabulous local produce that we have on our doorstep and give participants new recipe ideas that can be incorporated into their very own Perthshire BreakfastsDue to the great success of the Breakfast Workshops last year, I am delighted that Perth and Kinross Council want to run more workshops this year.  They are open to all Bed and Breakfasts who are based in the Perth and Kinross and Angus area and the aim of them is to highlight all the fabulous local produce that we have on our door step.
