Nicoletta was born in Udine, in the North-East of Italy. Her enjoyment and passion for cooking started at a very early age helping her mother, grandmother and great-grandmother in the kitchen preparing everyday meals to family feasts. She turned this love of food into a job as she worked as a food stylist for different photographers and magazines and whilst still in Italy she founded a project to improve healthy eating in schoolchildren through sensory games like blind tasting.
In 2004 she moved with my family to Perth, Scotland and now runs successful cookery classes and demonstrations. She also runs, in cooperation with Perth & Kinross Council’s community workers, running family clubs and after-school classes for primary pupils and their parents.
