Well this one week course is perfect for you On this course we will prove that you can eat well even on a student budget! This week (Monday-Friday) long practical course will equip you with all the skills and knowledge necessary for feeding yourself with quick, healthy, and delicious meals all on a limited budget. We start at the beginning, assuming no previous culinary knowledge and guarantee that by the end of the week, you will be able to put together delicious meals for yourself and your housemates, easily and more , cheaply too. On this course you will learn how to make soups, sauces, stir fries, curries, new ways to spice up humble mince, as well as the old classics and quick, no cook puddings. Each day starts at 10 am and finishes at 4pm. Everything is provided for you on this course including a folder of all the recipes, hints and tips covered throughout the course held at our kitchens in Perthshire, Scotland.
