Course description
Sarah Morgan runs our cake decorating classes here at Let's Cook! Sarah owns her own successful cake decorating company, making cakes for all different types of occasions whilst also supplying a number of restaurants, delis, and coffee shops with her delicious cakes.
We have a range of cake courses to suit all occasions, from beautifully individual iced cakes which could grace any wedding, to gorgeous, mouthwatering cupcakes and novelty birthday and special occasion cakes.
Sarah will teach you all the tricks of the trade: from making fun figures to delicate and intricate sugar flower work, and due to her enormous experience and infinite patience, she will make sure you go home with stunning creations to share with your friends and family!
All use of equipment and materials are included, and at the end of each course you will go home with either a beautifully iced cake or a box full of delicious cupcakes.
