On expressing an interest in a particular course the prospective student will be sent an Application form for completion. Except in the case of one-day courses (when the whole fee shall be payable on submission of the Application) a deposit of 20% of the whole fee will be required on Application and the balance shall be payable to LCS no later than 14 days prior to the commencement of the course in question. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of the student’s place on the course in question.
If cancellation occurs prior to six weeks before the commencement of the course any fees payable will be refundable after deduction and retention by LCS of the initial 20% deposit. If cancellation occurs within such six week period there will normally be no refund except to the extent agreed by LCS if the student books a place on a subsequent equivalent course.

Should this occur the student will be asked to leave and not return and there will be no refund of any fees paid by the student.
Regulations imposed by LCS relating to the running of the courses and the facilities offered in the Building will be posted in the Building and may be changed by LCS from time to time as may be required in the best interests of the students and the management of the courses. Students will abide by these regulations at all times.
LCS reserves the right in consultation with the students on a particular course or if circumstances require to alter the content and/or running order of the course.
There is no need for any student to bring anything of value with him or her on a course. LCS accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to any student’s property whilst on a course and students are recommended to take out appropriate insurance cover on their property.
